The fix has been deployed. Fulfillment API operations are back to normal.

Engineers have identified a root cause to the Fulfillment API issues. The API is operational but still in a degraded state until the fix is completely deployed. Customers might experience intermittent 5xx errors until then.

We are currently experiencing issues with our Fulfillment API. The appropriate Engineering teams have been notified and are working on a fix.
